All aspects of image and print production are personally handled by the artist in his studio. This print is a faithful reproduction, slightly enlarged, of the graphite drawing of the same name. It is remarkably true to the level of detail and subtlety of shading in the original.
Carbon prints are created with fully archival materials. Many stepped-value inks are applied in a layering process that produces a virtually continuous tone from absolute paper-white to a velvety, rich, warm black. The inks are exceptionally stable pure carbon pigment, on smooth, heavyweight cotton rag Hahnemuhle 308 gsm paper.
Policies:
The flat-fee shipping cost added at checkout includes protective packaging, and insured, signature-required ground transport within the United States. Prints are sent flat-packed with acid-free contact materials. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship.
All sales are final. Any editioned print(s) damaged in shipping may be replaced with a new issue of the same number after the damaged print is returned to the artist with photographic documentation of the damaged packaging before it was opened, and with a photo of the damage to the print inside. Prints damaged by customer handling cannot be replaced. It is advised that the print(s) you receive be opened by a professional framer or art handler.
